Dream of a Sunday in the Alameda was painted by artist Diego Rivera.
Diego Rivera as a major figure represented the Skeleton Catrina (death), dressedvery elegantly, with the feathered serpent essential mythical representation of the prehispanic culture of Mexico. La Catrina is an original work created by Jose Guadalupe Posada, an artist who excels in creating Mexico's late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, is taking the arm of catrina. Rivera plasma as central characters in the play and the Catrina , because this cooler is dedicated to this great artist, considered the most important Mexican engraver and Rivera who always acknowledged as his inspiration.
